Background
As a follow-up to the Upstream Ahead Summit 2021, per the advisement and guidance of Mr. Amar Nath, AS (Expl), MoPNG, a Monitoring Committee was constituted with past and present experts of the Oil & Gas industry to highlight the hindrances towards India achieving Energy Independence and charting the way forward. The committees were formed based on the broad themes of the summit and their recommendations are put forth in the report.
